NTP not syncing

Just this morning my ntp was not syncing. I was connect to pool.ntp.org so I tried north-america.pool.ntp.org but still nothing. I tried time.nist.gov and that didn't work either. I checked the ntp servers and they are all running getting a ping so I rebooted and that didn't work. I even restored factory settings and that didn't work either. I don't know what else is preventing ntp from syncing.

Try using the IP address instead of the name to see if it is a DNS issue or not. What does your system log show?
