Number of Wired Clients via SSH

Does anyone know how the following integer is being calculated, or more specifically how I could return the same numeric value via a script via a bash prompt?

Thanks @RMerlin for the prompt reply. My understanding however is that JavaScript is executed client side. I'm looking for where/how this number determines the number of wired clients connected to the router, which would require server side scripting. I'm not a developer, so I could be way out of line here.
