The 378.9313 release seems like a bug fixing version with the only new feature being the support of the new ASUS Router app. No sources yet so third party firmware developers can't update their code yet.

I did not install the previous release due to many reported bugs with it. Has anyone with an AC56U installed this version and if so are they're any problems. When I do the check firmware procedure via the UI it says my router has the latest version which actually isn't accurate but it always says that, LOL. Thanks.

Thanks for letting me know. I've actually never updated the firmware since I got my router in April. Will I need to press the restart button after installing and then lose all my settings? Thanks

Finally got around to installing 9313 and it was seamless..the router came up immediately and I didn't need to reset. Installed the mobile app, logged into the router and all is good.
