Since a week I'm in possession of a N66U.

Now I'm looking for an old firmware something like 3.0.0.4.220.
who can send it to me?

I have most of the older versions of the firmware for the N66U to include 3.0.0.4.220, but it will not work the new hardware revision.

What hardware revision of the RT-N66U do you have?

Build 220 is rather old, many fixes have been implemented in later versions.
Build 271 (and 276) is the latest stable version on both 2.4 and 5 GHz.

If got the older hardware revision. The Hw B1. Wit the 30.0.4.220. I now use the new firmware. But i have like to get the old one back For some testing.
