There was nothing in your original post to suggest that anyone said you were hacked (maybe that was in another part of their email). It merely stated that your router was vulnerable to potentially being abused because you had exposed the portmapper service - which was true. BTW The message you quoted is a cut and paste from here.

Out of interest, who is your ISP that is using this Shadowserver service?

In the email they also had listed an IP address with a time stamp and what exploit was being used. It wasn't clearly stated if I was necessarily hacked or not though in the email. My ISP is Telus btw
