Openvpn DHCP not working

Openvpn server all configurerd but when connecting with more then one client, even with different user and from different source IP's, always receving the same IP from vpn subnet.
For example, using 192.168.20.0 255.255.255.0 vpn subnet, all clients get 192.168.20.2 IP. Connecting keeps droping and reconnecting.
DHCP bug anyone?

Same IP for all clients over TUN

I have Merlin 386.4 on my RT-AC68U router. I configured TUN OpenVPN, but all my VPN clients are getting same IP 10.8.0.2. Because of this, obviously, the clients are getting disconnected each other.
