Openvpn dns setting

Openvpn will use vpn provider dns server although it is disabled with accept DNS configuration from the VPN server. I had to down grade from 380.65.4 to 380.65.0.

My router is ASUS RT AC 56 U.

Absolutely zero change to the code related to either DNS or OpenVPN between these two versions.
