OpenVPN error

Router: RT-AC68U
Firmware: Merlin 384.6
Phone: Galaxy S8 Android
"client.ovpn" gives me this error when trying to add the profile on my phone.
I have no problem with OpenVPN when using the factory firmware.
This page actually gave a fix for it https://forums.openvpn.net/viewtopic.php?t=26034 by adding "setenv CLIENT_CERT 0" to the client.ovpn
My question is: Is this a bug with Merlin 384.6? If not, what other settings do I need to enable or disable for it to work without adding the code line?

This typically happen if you setup your server to use a client certificate but you didn't generate one. Look at the content of your client.ovpn file.
