OpenVPN TAP not assigning IP Address

Running v3.0.0.4.374.34_2. When connecting via OpenVPN TAP interface and when the server config is set for "Allocate from DHCP = Yes", I cannot get an ip on the client. If I set a manual ip range for my LAN, then it connects fine and gives out appropriate addresses.

Is this a bug, or is there something I should look for.

New at OpenVPN. Finally got the Server1 using TUN and Server2 using TAP to work properly.

FWIW - client is OS X 10.9 using Tunnelblick v3.4beta16 (build 3679)
