Yes, you can use ORBI with FIOS, but you need to continue to use the Verizon provided router and put the ORBI router into Access Point mode using the Advanced tab - Advanced Setup - Router/AP Mode setting.

Plug the ORBI directly into your FIOS modem or anywhere in your hard wired network.

None here when I had it setup. I plugged in the WAN of Orbi router to LAN/switch port on FiOS. Worked great.
