Packet Loss Issue - Please help :(

Without getting a handle on where the packet loss is occurring you're just left doing random things in the hope that something might change.

Short of changing ISP completely (could you sign up for a month's trial of an ADSL connection over existing telephone wires?) the only thing I can suggest is routing your Xbox through a VPN connection (as suggested in post #7) and seeing if that makes a difference. Providers like NordVPN are always falling over themselves to offer a free trials.
 
I've tried a VPN - sadly no improvement. I've also just heard back from the ISP saying there's nothing more they can do.

Deeply disappointed about this :( - Using an ADSL connection is an option but I only get 13mb in the village. Rather than 300mb fibre. So bummed out :(

If you have the option to try ADSL (but still keeping your fibre) without committing to signing up long term it might be worth it just to prove/disprove it's an ISP related issue.
