Hi,

Just a quick question, what does parental controls block? Just web traffic? As I am able to use Netflix app when parental controls are active.

Try it and find out. It should block web traffic that isn't an active TCP connection. The limitation is it doesn't disconnect and only blocks. Eg: Active Youtube stream will continue to work on the denied time. The user has to close the page/connection for it to block future requests.
