Persistent storage for QOS -> Web History data

Hello all and season's greetings!

I'd like to know where can I find the logs for Web History data via shell? I'd like to be able to grep them myself instead of relying on the web interface. Also, do they have a fixed limit (x days/x MB)?

bwdpi history

Check the bwdpi usage info for the few arguments that it supports.

Number of entries is currently fixed to a certain number - no idea how many. Closed source.

Thanks! I peaked inside with strace and one of the last files it opens before printing is /dev/nvram. The output counter format indicates that it supports a maximum of 1 milion entries, but I doubt the nvram can hold so many. Anyway, it looks parsable for my needs (I just need to resolve the mac address).

Did you have to turn on "App Analysis" in Adaptive QoS > Bandwidth Monitor in order to see web history? I think that's the case..sadly.

I found only Adaptive QoS > QoS > Smart QoS (Adaptive Type) not prompted with a service/license/privacy agreement from Trend Micro.

All the other Trend Micro features seem requiring users to concede to data being sent to Trend Micro for analysis as part of the functionalities..

Yes I turned on app analysis, but I was unaware that my data was being transferred to a third party. I thought it was done locally by using iptables or other mechanisms. Also I assumed web history was tied into dnsmasq. I'll keep an eye out for suspicious connections outbound from the router itself...

Did you guy's try this? Every time I change firmware and "reset" I stopped accepting trendmicro's eula terms, and leave trendmicro stuff off. However John's handy script still works showwebmon.sh
It's helps me find device's that like to call to the mothership when it thinks nobody is around. Mostly Android stuff, since I I am windows free. It doesn't catch everything though.
