Ppoe performance

Hello, I want to know if anyone has knowledge about high speed ppoe routers, the router provided by my isp (fritzbox) can reach ppoe limit, 1gb, when I connect using lan cable, I'm pretty near of 1gb speed test, but as the router is wifi5 866, using wifi im not able to get any better than 600mbit. I decided to try my tplink archer c7, but whith that one, which is wifi5 1300, i can get as maximum 400mbit, and using lan cable the same, just 400.
It seems, the hardware limit is due ppoe connection of the router.
Any advice on tested hw which I can use full bw, with wifi ?

With the routers you currently have, you can't hit 1Gbps speeds over the air.

It's supposed the archer c7 would if I conect a mimo 3x3, but the limitation (at least) came from the ppoe. Do you know without going too expensive a router that can do 1gbps ppoe and wifi at the same time ?

Your best bets are the RT-AC86U, RT-AX88U, and the RT-AX86U for your expectations. RMerlin firmware highly recommended for all. But you may wish to wait for a final release of the best yet, the 386.1 Beta 2 (currently).
