hi, i am running merlin stable 384.4.2 on rt-ac5300.
I have set it up to use pppoe through my ISP ADSL modem.
however my adsl connection is unstable and drops frequently.
when that happens pppd sends a PADT and then starts trying to connect again. but since the adsl link is down my ISP never receives the PADT and when ADSL is reset i am stuck until the concentrator sends a terminate request.
is there any config option to send the terminate req until ack is received?
i've tried setting pppd persist lcp-max-terminate 0
