I do not know the answer, but since PPTP VPN is broken (cryptographically broken) it should not be used (google it!). Implementing a client would give a false sense of security. Using PPTP VPN provides a false sense of security.

Thanks for the comment. I guess I need to look OpenVPN for iOS too.
