Thanks, this looks like a good alternative. Means I need to do some additional cabling up the wall to the router :-/

This might not be relevant. My printer and an USB HDD randomly disconnected and rebooting router only temporally fixed, I decided to do a factory reset, problem solved.

I'd not advice you to do a factory reset unless it's necessary because you'll have to start the whole setup again.
