problem accessing second router via openvpn

My OpenVPN server settings are:

General: “Client will use vpn to access” = Both.

Advanced: “Advertise DNS to clients” = Yes

From your posts, I feel certain you will have the same settings, yet I can access my Access Point remotely via 3G and OpenVPN Server.

As far as I am aware there's never been an option like that. I can't even imagine how that would be possible with a repeater. What firmware version are you running on the RT-N16, maybe that model works differently from the repeater modes on other models?

Hmmm..didn't check the Merlin firmware on repeater, I suppose it won't hurt to update it

ok, seems i cant connect fine now, i reset repeater and connected to the router again and i can access again, just issues with WOL now, thats in another thread
