Proposed ethernet cabling DIY project...

Greetings all! First post here.

I've finally decided to brave the fearsome beasties that live under my house and run Cat6 ethernet cabling from my office to two other rooms. One run will be about 50 feet and the other run will be around 75 feet. I'm purchasing preterminated lengths from Amazon because I don't want to bother with the crimping and I plan to support the cables along their run every four to five feet with 3/4 J hooks. Since it is under my house I am planning on using Cat6 cable that is rated for direct burial. That may be a tad on the side of overkill but better safe than sorry I figure. I'll be using keystone jacks at each end and popping them into the appropriate wallplates. Does anyone see any problems with this plan? Any thoughts or input on this course of action are appreciated. Many thanks.

FYI: I advised my brother in-law to run cat5 from his office, down inside the wall to underneath (raised foundation), no basement. Cable in dirt and/or tacked to joists. Been there for many years. And it's like 250 ft. He had been struggling with WiFi... tried gain antenna (patch), etc. Cable eliminated all that. The far end is in a detached garage.

Wear some goggles if you have them, and a breather if you have one. I can't tell you how many times I came out of crawl spaces hacking and coughing during my miserable time with at&t U-verse.

Avoid purchasing cables with snag less connectors as they may require drilling a larger hole.

Wrap some plastic wrap around the connectors and tape it on so the connectors don't get dirty or damaged when working in the crawl space.
