Today I was playing Fifa on my PS4 and suddendly i couldn't go online. I called Sony and the gave me the ports to open. I tried opening them but it didn't worked. I also tried to put in the DMZ but it also didn't work.
I called the provider and they said that the connection was fine so it must be the router. If i connect the ethernet cable from the ps4 to the direct modem it is working.
I don't know why my router decided to block all traffic from playstation.
I can sign in but i can't play an actual online game.
If I do internet test on the ps4 it gives this error code:
CE-33987-0
Can you help me ?
