Is it possible to make ASUS routers work with 2 USB Dongles in Load Balancing Mode?

sure but one of them would need to be connected to some form of 3g router and then connected to the wan ethernet

but no you cant load balance directly with two usb dongles , also just so you understand load balancing doesnt mean their speeds will add together , just you can tell http to go to one 3g and ftp to go to the other etc

Sure, I was not thinking on sum up speeds, but balance traffic, but without adding another device to have both connections working.
Maybe with Merlin's was possible
