Are you sure you have the connections tagged correctly for the CURRENT/ORIG point-to-point setup for the ECB6200 in the Garage? Going back to the previous posts Re: the STB/TV port attenuating MoCA signals, you would have wanted to connect the MoCA adapters via their "IN" ports, and feed the TV signal via the STB/TV ports.
