R7000 as extender

Hello

I need your assistance in configuring Netgear R7000 as a wireless repeater/extender. I'm trying to make it work but with no luck.

For example, I've tried the following instruction:

My main router is ASUS AiMesh (2-pack RT-AX92U).

The goal is to connect my PC to the extender by cable (R7000). Right now it connects by USB dongle (Netgear AC1200 A6210), and it's very unstable.

If you can help please sort this out.
