Voxel [R7800](Still) unable to (re-)enable AnywhereAccess

So, quite a while (like 6+ months ago) my R7800 (on Voxel+kamoj) suffered from a random factory reset, presumably after either a power loss or a reboot (but hasn't happened on either since). Ever since this happened I have been unable to (re-)enable AnywhereAccess. At the time I was advised to do a manual factory reset and re-configure the settings without restoring a configuration backup which I just recently (finally) have gotten around to. Sadly, this did not help as I still cannot enable AnywhereAccess using the NIGHTHAWK app. I have tried both the android and the iOS version, didn't matter, both didn't work.

Anybody has any suggestions where to go from here?

I am running latest Voxel fw with the latest kamoj add-on on my R7800 (but at the time obviously an older version, so this shouldn't matter in this case)
