RAX200 assigning NAS link-local addresses.

I setup port aggregation on my RAX200. I selected LACP-IEEE 802.3ad.

In my QNAP NAS, it shows NIC1 and 2 are teamed in 802.3ad "dynamic" mode and that it's getting a working connection. The RAX200's webUI says "Ethernet Port Aggregation Status: Active"

When I view Attached Devices in the RAX200's webUI it shows that it has assigned the QNAP's separate NICs link-local addresses of 169.254.7.110 and 169.254.7.115 respectively even though the DHCP scope I set for the RAX200 is 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254

Is this normal?
