Hi all.
does anyone now what this is? and how to stop it?

Its on my 68U and on all my N12d1 routers and fills up the logfile
very annoying

What firmware version? Fill up at which frequency?

Iam also running at 40 mhz at both channels 2.4 and 5 mhz

By frequency I meant how often are these entries logged.

Very frequent (every few minutes) is a known issue with Asus's recent stock firmware. It shouldn't happen with either John's or mine, as I didn't merge the new NTP code in.

it stopt in 68U after a reset and reconfigured again
so there is nothing to worry about then?

For some unknown reason, Asus coded NTP to restart/resync itself every hour if you are on a DST timezone. No idea why.

I wouldn't worry about it, as long your router does have the correct time from NTP (which appears to be the case based on your log timestamps).

I have been getting dropped wifi with limited access. My system log shows the frequency of (see below)

Read the previous posts in this thread. As indicated, this is a known issue with the stock firmware - it does not happen with mine.

I didn't realize you had your own versions of the firmware updates. Now that i found it and installed it I haven't had any issues. I like the added Settings you update has versus the stock updates. Thanks for the reply seeing how I am a novice to this website.
