What's the difference between rebooting from telnet or from Web GUI? I noted the router restarts faster from telnet. Which method should I use?

Exact same thing. They both call reboothalt_main() from the rc backend.

The web page waits a predetermined amount of time before reloading, it does not reflect the actual reboot time.
