Rehijack FiOS hijack

FiOS is hijacking a lot of different websites and pointing them to their cache.

For example:
chrome.exe 7732 TCP desktop-u3eg2jh 1783 174.32.199.65.philadelphia.google-ggc.verizon.com

Is there a way to "rehijack" the sites back using dnsmasq or something?
