Router Reset

In the latest firmware for the RT-N66U, Asus adds this note:

This version add many new features, please press the reset button more than 5 seconds to reset the RT-N66U after firmware upgraded to prevent unexpected problem.

I'm new to Asus routers, so does clicking the "Restore" button by "Factory default" in Administration->Restore/Save/Upload Setting do the same thing as pressing the reset button for more than 5 seconds?

Maybe it's the difference between software reset and hardware reset!
If they really cite to press the reset button for more than 5 seconds, yeah you might as well do that. Do you know where the button is?

For some reason my reset button doesn't work. I can only do a reset from the menu. It seems to work. I do it after every firmware flash.
