Router that can double as a NAS + fast wireless

New Around Here
I'm looking for a router that has the following main requirements:

  • Good NAS performance with NTFS drives (stream HD MKVs from a connected HD)
  • Dual-stream wireless or better (also to keep streaming smooth)
  • VPN tunnelling to another end-point
  • Bandwidth monitoring/tracking
  • Bittorrent capabilities

Price range is ~$150

So far the main routers I've seen are the Linksys e4200v2 (not sure if it can act as a good OpenVPN endpoint for tunnelling) and the Asus RT-N66U (which doesn't have the best transfer rates for connected HDs)

I'm trying to keep it all contained to one device to conserve power (local constraints)

Any suggestions?
