Router upgrade for VPN

I need upgrade my RT-AX82U because it is doing a good job at home, but now I need to connect from outside by WIREGUARD VPN and I need a budget device faster than my actual router (about 100 Mb in WIREGUARD)
I have seen:
TUF-AX4200 about 95 euro
RT-AX59 about 80 euro (only 128 Gb for firmware whyy? Is this a trouble?
TUF-AX6000 about 115 euros
--- All with FILOGIC 830
EBG15 at 69 euro ( another GUI, better or worse?
--- BCM dual core
This will be main router, with my RT-AX82U and a RT-AX57 in AP mode. Main router is in garaje, so, wifi coverage is not very important.
Should I look for BE models?????. TUF GAMING BE-3600 and RT-BE58 are at he same price, 100 euro. ¿What is better: apperar to be the same model. Perhaps TUF has better build, heat dissipation?
1 Gb RAM, Broadcom BCM6764L.
Perhaps Broadcom BCM6764L does as well as FILOGIC 830, and 1 Gb RAM is better
Help me to choose

Your router model can do >100Mbps on WireGuard, but it has no flow cache bypass and WireGuard is NAT acceleration incompatible. This means when WireGuard client/server is active the entire network behind this router will slow down to that the CPU can process or 250-300Mbps in this case including the devices not using VPN connection.

You have asked similar questions a year ago and was given advice what Asus hardware to look for here. The suggested base model or higher with ARM v8 CPU + AES and flow cache bypass can do better on both WireGuard and OpenVPN connections. I don't know what the budget oriented MediaTek models listed above are capable of when running stock Asuswrt firmware. GL.iNet has similar hardware devices and they can do pretty good VPN speeds running OpenWrt. The wired EBG15 router is ExpertWiFi series device intended for different network applications. Quite old BCM4906 dual-core CPU inside, ~2016.

Keep in mind you can't go any faster to remote client than your ISP upload speed.

OK thanks I asked a year ago about this, but I did not upgrade router, but now I need more minimum 300 Mb in WIREGUARD, and, as you say, RT-AX82U does about 100 Mb
I was asking about choosing between:
- Very old hardware (EBG15)
- New hardware (filogic 830)
- Newest hardware (BE58 with BCM6764L) with 1 gb RAM
RT-AX59, TUF AX4200, TUF BE3600, BE58 are at ths same price, but I do not know if newer models have more capable cpu -they wear 1 Gb RAM-

All entry-level models, don't expect much. Firmware support may be lagging behind as well.

If you want guaranteed results and Asus device - RT-AX86U Pro or better, from €192 on your local Amazon.
