Routing wireguard

Hi ,
I need same help with routing.
I have a wireguard client on router 2
When connect to 192.168.20.1 network I can access 192.168.100.1
But when connect to router 1 192.168.10.1 I cant connect to 192.168.100.1.

192.168.10.1 can access 192.168.20.1 and vice versa.
Yes I almost forgot, the router 192.168.20.1 ip is 192.168.10.60

How should I add a route between these routers?

Solved running wireguard in router 192.168.100.1 .
