RSS feeds and update notification

First off; thank you for a great firmware!

Keeping the router updated is critical. I would suggest creating a RSS feed for the changelog. This feed could then be fetched by the router too and used for comparing running version to latest released version and show notifications of this in the GUI.

I'll gladly help developing this if needed.
