RT-AC5300 + Google Home/Chromecast, something wrong getting everything to play nice.

Interestingly I added the Lyra Trio as AIMesh nodes via the Asus router app, even with merlin, which I didn't think was possible.

Everything is working flawlessly after that single change too.

Will keep tweaking and posting updates.

Came across your post and have the exact same issues with my AiMesh and my cca,s scattered around the place , I have about 4.
Can you please provide an update?? Is everything working ok?

multicast routing (IGMP Proxy) -> enable helped me for same trouble.
I also disabled Airtime Fairness.
