I did go over the settings there, but still no luck. It seems my spa112 cannot determine my wan ip address automatically when it is behind the ac5300. If I have the opportunity this weekend I will switch back to the n66 and remove the manually configured wan address in the spa112 to see if it will find the wan ip address itsself then to make sure.

I've removed my external ip address from my cisco spa config and then hooked up my asus rt-n66u. I rebooted the spa just to be sure. Without the need of putting in my external ip address I can receive phone calls without any issue. I've put back my ac5300 and without the addition of my external ip address I cannot receive phone calls. So there's definately a difference between the two routers. Anyways, it works now like it should and my wan address should be fixed so no problems there.
