After manual disable 2.4Ghz:
Wireless Log

Not associated. Last associated with SSID: ""
Radio is disabled

Not associated. Last associated with
Mode : AP Only

How can i start 5Ghz again?

Try resetting the router by power off then hold the WDS button while power on for a few sec's
