RT-AC66U Rebooting Randomly

New Around Here
Router is rebooting seemingly at random. I get the following error log at the bottom of this post. This most recent one was when I was trying to ping the router from my iphone while on the wireless. However this happens often: about once a week. No two things happen that are the same to my knowledge when it occurs.

My Environment History:

I have two SSID signals: 2.4 and 5g.

I have the latest firmware according to the router: Firmware Version 3.0.0.4.374_4561-g5f5c8d8

It is pretty much set at factory defaults since I just recently did the factory reset.

Hard wired is a Comcast modem, Pioneer receiver, XBox One and DirectTV receiver.

Comcast tested the modem and confirmed it has not self rebooted/failed.

I have an Asus EA-N66R wireless extender on the wifi for the 2.4 signal only.

I use to have a NAS connected to the router which had bit torrent ability built in, but I thought this was to blame so I disconnected it. But the problem still persists.

Here a the error log:

Mar 24 21:21:36 rc_service: ntp 413:notify_rc restart_upnp
Mar 24 21:21:36 miniupnpd[412]: received signal 15, good-bye
Mar 24 21:21:36 miniupnpd[423]: HTTP listening on port 36143
Mar 24 21:21:36 miniupnpd[423]: Listening for NAT-PMP traffic on port 5351
Mar 24 21:21:36 rc_service: ntp 413:notify_rc restart_diskmon
Mar 24 21:21:36 disk monitor: be idle
