RT-AC68U and External HD with partition

Hello,

I am setting up my new router and have an external USB HD partitioned for my Mac in the HFS+ Journaled format. One partition has my Time Machine backups and the other a general backup. When I plug the drive into the router, I only see the name of the HD mounted. Is it mounting both partitions? How do I select just the Time Machine partition since it gives me a different, unfamiliar name for the directories? I am using the most current firmware.

I should add that it only shows me the name of the external device (i.e. WD My Book) and not the individual partitions.
