RT-AC68U extremely high bandwidth reported in Traffic Monitor

See attached pic. Is this normal? I'm using Merlin's latest 378.55_0 firmware.

WAN shows super high bandwidth, but when I click on Wired and Wireless tabs it shows no bandwidth use. I never noticed this with my RT-N66U. I have Cox internet 100 megabit.

It's a known bug. Asus is aware of it.

Thanks. I disabled NAT Acceleration and that fixed it. But is it better to leave acceleration on or off (performance-wise)?
