Good day all,
I've replaced my ''old'' RT-AC68U with a new RT-AC86U. Of course, I am using Merlin's Firmware (382.1 Stable). So, I wanted to keep using the AiCloud feature on the new router with the same USB stick (3.0) as I used to use with the RT-AC68U. Everything worked flawlessly until I've rebooted the router.
From Chrome browser, I can still login to the cloud and I still see my router's name as well as its picture. That said, I can't see the stored folders anymore.
From the router's GUI, I can't see the USB Stick as plugged in the USB 3.0 port. That said, If I unplug the USB stick then plug it in back, I'll see it in the GUI as connected after a browser refresh. Also, all folders are back and available on the cloud.
Anyone has an idea on how to resolve the issue?
Thank you.
