have 12mb less.. :S No lag nothing but.. unable to have more than 30 megs/sec of my 60 in openvpn... :S it is because I have a powerline between router and modem.. :S

That certainly may be the cause. What make and model? Do they have a monitoring utility to tell you the powerline speed?

Tp-link 4020.. no vpn I have full speed 60/10..
