RT-AC86U power down after reboot

I have an RT-AC86U flashed with Merlin 382.1_2 firmware. The last couple times I rebooted from the web UI the router powered itself down - No LED activity or otherwise. I had to toggle the power button to restore. This would be pretty inconvenient if I had the auto boot feature enabled or had to reboot remotely...

Anyone else experience this?

While I don't have solution for this problem, however I have same router and experience the same behavior with it.
