RT-AC87R System Log - Active Connections

I have about 100 active "ESTABLISHED" connections from WiFi clients which are not longer in network. Hitting refresh button does not clear the list.

Where this bogus connections coming from?

PS: firmware 380.63

EDIT: is this because in my case the Established TCP timeout is set to 5 days (432000)! are there needs in such long timeout value?

EDIT EDIT: I see, this is default Linux kernel value - 5 days. Is this a good value? I guess I will test it.
