Just purchased the RT-AC87U and there seems to be a problem(wireless) with using whataspp for calls. Nothing can be heard after a few seconds and the call drops after 7 seconds. Have already updated to the latest ASUS 9313 patch however, problem persists. Please advise if there is a solution, patch or workaround for this problem. Had not encountered this problem with my older Aztech router. Thanks.

Try disabling AiProtection and see if it helps.

I test whatsapp now and work ok for me. No problem with connection, and no drop connections. I have enabled aiprotection.
