Yeah true. Not sure why it happened. If asus ever end up cutting support to the ax6000 I would then re try the merlin firmware because i do believe security patches are important in the world of hackings and viruses. Maybe asus devices aren't made very good or all internet box's aren't lol. Every internet box I've had that wasn't asus was allways so bad. My ax6000 once setup is awesome though. I'm enjoying it right now . Really good coverage over my whole property and 1gb speeds. I'm happy right now lol. Enjoy your day mate.
