RT AX88U and AX58U Aimesh wired backhaul, no 5ghz network on node (AX58U)

Hey Folks,

I have been reading the forum and seen that some of you had similar problems, but not exactly this: I have an AX88U as my main router and an AX58U as a node, with an exclusively wired backhaul setting (backhaul connection priority set to 1G WAN only). Nevertheless, I cannot enable the 5ghz wifi on the node, it just shows up as N/A in the settings, and as a wifi network named "ASUS" if I do a search for available networks on a computer.

Any ideas? Theoretically, dedicated wireless backhaul should not be established here, when we are talking about two dual-band routers...

How did you add the node? What firmware is running on each router? Did you fully reset the RT-AX58U, before adding it as a node, and then add it via the main router's GUI (you shouldn't touch the 'node' router at all after fully resetting it)?
