Thanks for all the advice, all up and running, connection much more stable and getting my full bandwidth all the time.
Just using the AX88 as a wireless access point for the IOT devices for now.
Maybe better getting a lower power, watts wise, PC than the Dell 7020 but so far so good.
Had wanted to get my Sky feed onto it's own VLAN as it broadcasts the video everywhere so now I have the chance.
