I have seen several posts that talk about using commandline options to configure the RT-AX92U. Where can I find documentation on these commands and their effects as well as their limitations?

There is no documentation as it's not officially supported.

That said, most Asus routers use Busybox as a shell so a lot of the typical Linux commands work. Any other commands have been worked out by the community over time or reverse engineered from the GPL source code.

So, does the "community" have a repository of tricks & hints, or are they just scattered through the forums?

Just the forums. What sort of "tricks & hints" were you looking for? Everything ought to be achievable through the GUI.

Most of the command line posts on snbforums are in relation to Merlin's firmware rather than stock Asus firmware.
