RT-BE88U and no NAT Acceleration?

The LAN - Switch Control page of my BE88U with Asus stock firmware doesn't show a NAT Acceleration option. What I see are Jumbo Frame and Bonding/ Link aggregation.

What does it mean? Is this a serious problem vs other routers?

No it's not a problem. NAT Acceleration (CTF) was something that was only applicable to old routers like the RT-AC68U.

Was that only yet another PR stunt or did it actually work?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you suggesting CTF might be a PR stunt that didn't actually do anything? If so, then I can assure you CTF really is a thing and not just PR.

Fine, then why did they remove it, if it was a good thing? Wasn't it needed anymore or what? (I'm just curious)

They didn't really remove it. It's still there in those old models. It's just that the newer Asus routers are based on different (newer) hardware/SDK and have flow cache and runner/archer instead.
