Thanks everyone for the help! I actually figured out the root issue being another device on the network that was overwhelming the connection. Everything seems to be stable now.

Long story short, I had a NAS that I didn't know was vulnerable to an exploit and I presume it got taken over. I only noticed it because I happened to be on the traffic monitor page and saw a huge spike in wired traffic at the same time my internet went out and went around unplugging wired devices until it stopped. Since then, I've secured and cleaned the NAS and blocked its internet access.
